7. Roberson Creek Station (Segment B30): Due to a VFD failure one unit will be
 out of service March 6 through March 29 for repair. Capacity through Roberson
 Compressor (RBC) will be reduced from 1,510 MMcf/d to 1,227 MMcf/d. At the
 time of this posting, firm capacity at (RBC) is subscribed at the 1,250 MMcf/d
 level.

CHEYENNE PLAINS GAS PIPELINE COMPANY MAINTENANCE

None of the planned maintenance is expected to impact service.

COLORADO INTERSTATE GAS COMPANY MAINTENANCE

Wyoming: None of the planned maintenance is expected to impact service.

Colorado:
1. Trinidad Compressor Station (Segment 230): CIG will perform Annual DOT tests
 and unit shutdown checks March 14. This outage will result in the following
 impacts at Picketwire Constraint (PWC).

* Firm Capacity through (PWC) is subscribed at the 257 MMcf/d level.

** The nomination limit for this cycle has been prorated for the remaining time
 in the gas day.

2. 5B-24"& 5A-22" Wyoming Mainline (Segment 111): CIG will have a section of
 its 5B-24" pipe & 5A-22" pipe out of service for installation of service
 valves for the new Platte Valley Meter Station starting March 5th through
 March 8th one line at a time. Capacity through the Platte Valley (PTV) &
 Platteville (PTT) will be reduced from 73 MMcf/d to 37 MMcf/d & 95 MMcf/d to
 48 MMcf/d.

Firm Capacity through Platte Valley and Platteville are at 3 MMcf/d and 10
 MMcf/d respectively.

Utah: None of the planned maintenance is expected to impact service.

Kansas: None of the planned maintenance is expected to impact service.

South of Springfield, CO (including Texas and Oklahoma): 

3. Morton Compressor Station (Segment 118): Will be out of service March 19 to
 perform annual DOT ESD tests. Capacity through Morton East (MRC) will be
 reduced from 368 MMcf/d to 340 MMcf/d. At the time of this posting, firm
 capacity at (MRC) is subscribed at the 319 MMcf/d level.

4. Mocane Compressor Station (Segment 118): One unit at (MOC) will be out of
 service March 12 through March 13 and March 19 through March 20 for safety
 shutdown checks. Capacity through (MOC) will be reduced from 66 to 46 MMcf/d.
 Firm Capacity through (MOC) is subscribed at the 21 MMcf/d level.


RUBY PIPELINE MAINTENANCE

5. Wieland Flat Compressor Station (Segment B50): One unit will be out of
 service March 5 through March 8 for mechanical inspection. Capacity through
 Ruby West (RWC) will be reduced from 1,510 MMcf/d to 1,368 MMcf/d. At the time
 of this posting, firm capacity at Ruby West (RWC) is subscribed at the 1,050
 MMcf/d level.

 out of service March 6 through March 29 for repair. Capacity through Roberson
 Compressor (RBC) will be reduced from 1,510 MMcf/d to 1,227 MMcf/d. At the
 time of this posting, firm capacity at (RBC) is subscribed at the 1,250 MMcf/d
 level.


WYOMING INTERSTATE COMPANY MAINTENANCE

6. WIC Wamsutter Jumper (Segment W55): WIC will perform repair to Unit exhaust
 March 6 through March 7. This outage results in the following impacts at Three
 Mile Constraint (TMC), Threemile (TML), Threemile REX (TMX) and to Bitter
 Creek (BTC).

For all Cycles March 6 and Cycles 1 and 2 March 7, Deliveries to
 Threemile(TML), Threemile REX(TMX) and to Bitter Creek(BTC) will be taken to
 zero.

* Firm Capacity through (TMC) is fully subscribed at the 299 MMcf/d level.

** The nomination limit for this cycle has been prorated for the remaining time
 in the gas day.

Young Gas Storage Company Maintenance
Unless otherwise noted, Young does not expect the scheduled maintenance
 described below to impact nominated activities, based upon historical system
 demand.

Storage inventory is projected to be within normal guidelines on March 1.

Note to storage table: Maximum injection and withdrawal figures are based upon
 projections for gas-in-place on March 1, 2013. Departure from these
 projections can affect injection and withdrawal capabilities. Thermal
 quantities were determined based upon an average of 1064 Btu/cf.

March Operations

CIG's Valley Line is typically opened at Campo to provide additional support
 for Valley Line deliveries.

No Planning Meeting Scheduled 

No requests for a Joint Monthly Operating Plan Meeting have been received by
 CP, CIG, Ruby or WIC. Therefore, pursuant to Section 4.11.1 of General Terms
 and Conditions of the CIG FERC Gas Tariff, no such meetings have been
 scheduled. If at anytime there are any questions regarding operational issues,
